THE CAREER READY STUDENT (CREST)

CREST is a career guidance programme that helps students
understand themselves, explore career options, and make informed decisions—step by step, from Grade 6 through college.

The programme uses engaging, age-appropriate booklets and activities to build self awareness, career knowledge, and decision-making skills.

CAREER YUKTI

Career Yukti is a developmentally sequenced, curriculum-based career education programme. Rooted in the Sanskrit word Yukti, meaning strategy, it equips students with the tools to navigate challenges with skill, tact, and purpose.

The programme focuses on building intrapersonal, interpersonal, and foundational cognitive skills, essential for success in life and work.

At its core are 26 key career management competencies across three domains:
1. Personal & Social Efficacy
2. Lifelong Learning Strategies
3. Career Management Skills

Together, these elements empower students to make informed, resilient, and strategic life choices.

CAREER KALEIDOSCOPE

Career Kaleidoscope helps the students to explore the realm of Career Possibilities. It is Vocatio’s annual, two day career exploration festival—free and open to students, parents, and teachers.
It showcases:

confident career decisions. Our approach combines evidence, experience and real-world relevance – drawing on a decade of
implementation in schools.

GRADE - 6

- Understands basic career terms and the world of work.
- Begins connecting personal skills and preferences to career exploration.

- Explores occupations through personal interests and workplace characteristics.
- Understands how each workplace is made up of diverse occupations.
